Jamie Hurtado is a Colorado native who has enjoyed the last 25 years here in Oklahoma as a single mother of three. Most of her working career has been in professional service as a Biologist, Chemist, and manager in the Clinical Laboratory. When not working, Jamie enjoys spending time with family, friends, gardening, and definitely great food!
